Education Minister Hekia Parata is to announce an interim decision on Aranui Schools in Christchurch this afternoon. The Ministry has proposed to merge five schools, Aranui High School, Chisnallwood Intermediate, Wainoni Primary, Aranui Primary and Avondale Primary, into a single school on a new campus, catering for students from year one to 13.
