New Zealand shares fell, pushing the NZX 50 Index to the lowest since early March, as fears of a Chinese credit crunch weighed on Asian equity markets. Vital Healthcare Property Trust fell after announcing a rights issue and Pumpkin Patch led some retailers lower. The NZX 50 fell 47.052 points, or 1.1 percent to 4316.993.
